With the assistance of their parents, children will learn motor skills, coordination, balance, and all-around physical fitness in a safe, fun, and social environment.

Ages: 5-7
Kids will learn the basics of Jiu Jitsu through fun, interactive activities that focus on developing coordination, balance, and motor skills. Our instructors create a supportive environment where your child will build confidence, learn respect, and start their martial arts journey in a positive and engaging way. This class is all about movement, play, and laying the foundation for a lifetime of physical fitness and healthy discipline.

This co-ed class is for all skill levels. Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or looking to sharpen your techniques, this class offers a comprehensive approach to Jiu Jitsu, focusing on both the self-defense and competitive aspects of the art. You’ll learn effective submissions, escapes, and sweeps while improving your physical fitness, flexibility, and mental resilience.

A women’s-only Jiu Jitsu class designed to build confidence, strength, and skill in a supportive environment. This class welcomes women of all experience levels—whether you're brand new to Jiu Jitsu or already rolling. Expect a mix of technique, drills, and live training, all tailored for women looking to sharpen their game and have fun doing it.
Please Note: Women are also welcome and encouraged in all of our co-ed classes!

Designed specifically for newcomers, with a guided training method that takes the guesswork out of learning Jiu Jitsu. Each class builds on the last, focusing on core techniques, proper movement, and foundational skills, so you never feel lost or overwhelmed. With step-by-step coaching and a supportive environment, you'll gain confidence, improve fitness, and develop real self-defense skills.

Learn the basics that matter: stance, footwork, guard, straight punches, kicks, and defense—then apply them in controlled, coach-guided rounds when you’re ready. This class is designed for beginners: clear instruction, smart intensity, and a respectful culture that keeps everyone safe and improving.
