Not at all. Most of our students had zero experience when they began — all you need to do is show up. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Just wear athletic clothes you can move in — shorts without zippers, a t-shirt or rashguard, and clean feet. If you have a mouthguard, bring it. If not, no worries.

Wrestling shoes are optional for wrestling class.
