Please Note: We're hosting a paid public workshop (free for you) this day, so we can't have pups running around during breathwork. However, we would love to have them running around afterward. Please bring your pups with you any time after 4 pm (:

- 🌬️ 1:15 - 3:15 pm: Outdoor Breathwork Experience
- 🍊 3:15 - 3:30 pm: Light Snack
- ❄️ 3:30 - 4:00 pm: Ice Bath Experience
- 🍕 6:00 pm: Dinner (we'll order pizza)
- Anytime after dinner: miscellaneous fun!
