The Experience Schedule ⤵
11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Warm Vinyasa
This 60-minute class will clear blockages and help open and align our bodies, allowing for a more profound journey.
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm: Shower & Snack Break
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Breathwork & Meditation
Breathing Mechanics & Wim Hof Method Breathwork techniques will allow for a deep and powerful experience with an opportunity for healing, inspiration, laughter, and more.
Meditation will allow us to receive higher guidance and integrate the lessons of the experience.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Cold Immersion
Cold immersion will break through our mental and physical blocks, push our limits, and connect the group on a deep level as each person embraces the cold and embodies more of their full potential for 2 minutes.
