Why are we practicing cold immersion?

Cold immersion is a powerful self healing and self discovery practice. It is incredible for your immune system, your cardiovascular system, and for lowering inflammation (which is a major contributor to dis-ease and injury.)

There are also major benefits for your mindset. In stepping into freezing cold water, you are actively working on your ability to step into challenges. Most of what is good for us requires a strong will. Also, while we get into the ice bath, we're actively putting our body into a fight or flight state and using our higher mind to override that and stay calm in the chaos.

What is the Wim Hof Method?

The Wim Hof Method is a natural, science-based approach to leading a happier, stronger, and healthier life.
